HBO not loading

I have a 2019 Ultra and have not had any trouble with it until I tried to watch a program on HBO. I navigated over to the HBO tile and it would try to load but would stop. My other apps seem to be working. Is anyone having the same problem?

Can you please provide with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? What specific HBO channel are you trying to watch?

In addition, can you please provide us with the follow information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)

With more information we will be able to assist you further.

Thanks for getting back to me. For some reason it loaded  after several attempts later on. So far its working fine. I don't know what made it glitch like that. I've never had any problems before. Thanks again.

I'm having a similar problem. For the last 4 or 5 days, when I select a title in the hbo app, I am immediately redirected back to the tcl home screen. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted, amd uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled, to no avail. When I select a program in hbo, I am immediately redirected to the tcl home screen.

As stated in my previous post, can you please provide with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing?

In addition, can you please provide us with the follow information:
-Roku device/TV brand and model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

With more information we will be able to assist you further.
