HBO Max has added a closed captioning button to the play bar, but it only has on or off. this means that if you have Closed Captioning on Replay on, it is switched to just on or off when you launch a show. you can turn it back on with the star button, but the next thing you watch on hbo max will turn it off again. it doesn't just turn it off in that channel, it turns it off system wide for every channel. this seems to be part of an overall update to the interface that would have made it much better if this infuriating bug wasn't so aggressively incompetent. there seems to be no way to report this to hbo except through a feedback form which only has categories for feature suggestions--no way to report a bug or a problem. any ideas how to get them to fix this?
