HBO channel not working - says can't play title

All my channels work but hbo I click on the title and it says cant play title try later its been seens thrusday friday still not working as of 10 27 21

Thanks for the post.

Have you already tried removing the channel, restarting your Roku device, and then adding the channel back again to see if the issue is resolved?

I am having the same issue with HBO Max. Just started last week after the app updated. I have done all the steps to uninstall the app and reinstall, update my Roku Soundbar and restarting. Nothing has worked. I also have chatted with HBO Max about the issue in which they gave me steps to clear the cache. Still doesn't work.

I have this exact issue, and we’ve tried installing and reinstalling, and even a full factory reset. Every other app seems to work fine but HBO max is still the can not play title for all titles.
