HBO and Showtime channel issue in Canada?

I signed up for a free trial of HBO and Showtime, but I’m unable to get them to play. I’m in Canada if that makes a difference. I can bring up the the menu but when click play For a movie or tv show it just goes back to the play menu. What do you think the issue is?

Definitely can be the Canada issue.

You should contact those Channels directly.
