HBO Now Requires Login Every Time App is Launched

I changed my HBO Now password (I subscribe through Roku) and now I have to enter my username and password every time I launch the app. Anyone else having this issue or have any suggestions on how to rectify the annoying problem? Thanks!

Thanks for the note.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen, then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your device restarts, then try adding the channel back one more and signing in again. 

If that isn't clearing up the issue you are seeing, for more help and information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact HBO Now support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves, and they'll be able to assist you further.

Yes, even worse HBO will not send me a password reset email, so I have paid through March and can not watch programming.

Hello.

I’m having the same issue and cant find a way to remove the HBO Now channel from my home screen. It only says I can cancel my membership or move the channel, but not remove it. Any suggestions?
