Since Tuesday 3/16, we have not been able to access HBO Now with our Roku Ultra. If I select the channel, it appears to be trying to connect and I then receive an error message "Content Not Available, Not Found."
I have tried restarting our Roku, checking for updates (both the Roku and HBO Now are up to date), and removing HBO Now, restarting the Roku, and adding the channel back in. None of these steps has resolved the problem. I am not having this problem with the other channels we regularly watch.
It may be of interest that I was able to watch the season premiere of WestWorld on Monday, 3/15.
Does anybody have any suggestions on what to try next?
