I own 2 Roku devices and have purchased 1 for someone else. The delay (greedy refusal) of including HBO Max indicates it may happen again with other content providers. A company relies on its reputation, and Roku's is tarnishing. I'm not saying the devices are entirely worthless, but given a choice, i won't buy another. In the meantime, I'm increasingly frustrated i cannot stream television shows and movies only HBO Max offers. Please attend to this issue, Roku.
(PS, why is there no customer support contact option? Why must we post complaints and grievances here instead of giving them to Roku for quality improvment activities? Does Roku not have a comprehensive quality management system that measures the invaluable resource customer and stakeholder satisfaction feedback provides? If not, it's inexpensive to implement and but unpredictably costly to ignore.)
