All of a sudden, I cannot play episodes of Friends or The Big Bang Theory. Anyone else have that problem or have an idea on how to fix this issue?

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. We suggest reaching out to HBO Max Support directly to report the issue and for further help. There's likely an issue within that specific content within their channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

We have to reset HBO Max multiple times every night to get friends to play. So frustrating. No other issues besides friends!!!
