HBO Max does not start post install

I've installed the HBO Max channel but when I activate it there are only three dots that show up at the bottom of the screen. I've verified I have a supported OS (9.4) and I've uninstalled/reinstalled HBO Max. Suggestions?

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are you seeing on your screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue?

I solved my problem.   It was an internet content filter issue.   Thanks for the reply!
