Why I dont have the access to HBO MAX app ?

its only the app not the rights to content !
I have access to HBO MAX in Poland - its aviable like normal subscription we dont need to use vpn.
So why I can't have the app ?

Why I cant install roku app on my Iphone ? is not aviable in my region... its sensless !

Why is there any regional blocking used for apps ? i understand it can be for content

Can I stream outside of the US?

HBO Max is available for use only in the United States and certain U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

The HBO Max apps, HBOMax.com, and our Help Center can’t be accessed outside of the United States. You can play downloaded content when traveling outside the U.S. as long as your device stays offline.

HBO GO is transfered to HBO MAX and as a service IS already aviable in Poland and other EU countries.

Why we cant have app ???
