HBO Max Changing connection options

I have enjoyed my discounted price for HBO through my satellite provider, I called to cancel my subscription. After a few days they caught up with me and won't allow access to the HBOMAX through my Ultra. I would like to sign in using another family members service not certain how this is accomplished. I tried to remove the channel a few times, but when i re-install it still shows my account.

Do i need to re-load my ultra? Thank You!

Go into your HBO app and find the way to sign out of it.  I don't have HBO so I can't give you specifics -- could be under your account, settings, etc.

Once you have signed out, sign back in but use the credentials for the other account.
