So having problems with the HBO Max App after two weeks of working properly. Now it is stuck on the loading bubbles and won’t move to the profile sign in. I have done everything factory reset, unplug,delete then add, factory reset everything and even reset my modem. Nothing seems to work and want to get it fixed so I do not have to plug up the computer to watch it.
What is the model number of Roku device? I use Max on my Ultra 4800 and Sharp Roku TV without an issue.
When you did the remove and reinstall, did you reboot the Roku between those two steps? That's a requirement when removing a channel. But I acknowledge you did a factory reset, so that obviously removed everything to do with the channel.
