I have a Roku Stick, 3500X, running 9.4 software. I am trying to use HBO Max and it continually freezes and returns me to the home screen. I am paying 14.99 a month for this service. If it is not going to work with Roku, then I will go and use another streaming device. This is very frustrating as I have not had any issues with my Roku up until trying to use this service. Please help.
