Green Screen

when I go to any app on my Roku smart tv the screen is green. It is playing but only a green screen show up

I have the same issue.  Audio is fine but the picture is frozen with green vertical lines.

Got it working by:

1 - unplugging TV

2 - holding down the power button on the TV for 15 seconds (while TV is unplugged)

3 - plug TV back in and power back on

4 - worked fine from there

The answer to the green screen when trying to play an app like HBOMax or Netflix is to clear the cache. To do this, you press the home button on your remote 5 times, then the arrow up button, then the rewind button twice, and the fast forward button twice. Then wait. After a minute or more, the set will restart, and your cache will clear. I found this on YouTube as follows:

It works very well, but you do have to repeat it every so often. Good Luck!
