Greek Elite TV app does not work on Roku. they charge a pretty nice amount for channels that NEVER load - this is not recent it has been ongoing for 2 years - please fix or discontinue them as a partner. Either add the Greek channels to another provider or stop enabling them to Rip off the Roku Member base that is of Greek descent.

Only difference between the two is Lite contains ads. Same access to all available channels.
Helped another user experiencing some problems with GreekTV a couple of weeks ago and discovered that at least GreekTV provides a channel status page that the user can easily check with a browser to see if a particular channel is experiencing a disruption. https://greektv.page/status/

GreekTV may prove to be a nice alternative if you are unfamilar with it.
I cancelled my subscription a few months ago, when I noticed the channels where not working. It says on their website that you will receive a pro-rated refund. They never refund me and I have contacted them several times via messages trough their website with no reply whatsoever and their phone number listed does not work.
Any idea how we can complain, get our refunds and throw them out of the Roku community ?
Their channels don't work but they have no problem charging our credit cards, bunch of scammers

I contacted your support team and I must say it is the one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I provided the proof of cancellation and credit card charge and they showed no empathy in trying to resolve the matter.
The amount of the refund is insignificant but the way the ROKU support team handled the situation and could not refund me as a courtesy goodwill gesture is a disgrace!

As stated in your interaction with our Support team, they could not issue a refund since they don't see any charge under your Roku account.
As suggested, we would recommend contacting the channel provider or your card provider to dispute the charge.

@Olympiakos there's a new greek channel worth taking a look at. Total Greek Live TV & Radio Seems solid and way more content than the other channels.
