PLEASE HELP. I feel so let down. My streaming plus stick enhanced remote has a fault and ROKU are saying that because of where I live (the UK) they can’t send me a new one, even if I’m willing to pay. How do I get a replacement? Will a normal IR one work? I can get an IR one off eBay or something but I don’t want to buy something that isn't compatable. I can’t use the mobile app regularly as I have a small child and can’t let him use my phone. I’m feeling very upset and frustrated by this abs can’t believe ROKU cannot send one to the UK.
