Getting Rid of the Roku channels that I accidentally chose

I went on the computer and chose a few channels for the TV. You can choose them but you can't get rid of them. I used the info given to me on the computer using the remote to try but to no avail to delete the channels. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT for Roku that I could find. Just another computer screen with possible issues. I don't want anything extra I have to pay for. It wasn't clearly pointed out that you had to pay and how much. I don't like companies that do business this way. It is a giant scam in my estimation. If anyone knows how to contact a human being that actually speaks and understands English I would be most grateful. Not sure what else to do. I literally hate this TV. It is inefficient and stupid to use. I hate the scrolling to find anything and then sometimes the live broadcasts are "sorry difficulty with the station" or whatever. Very disheartening. Thank you for listening to my tirade. I hope you can help me.

Removing channels from within your channel lineup
  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove.
  3. Press Star on your remote to open the Options menu.
  4. Select Remove channel and confirm when prompted.

The pre-selected items are easily unselected via the Web browser. Perhaps your browser was experiencing a glitch, or you have a toolbar or other extension installed that is interfering with the selection/deselection of apps.

Of course, you've seen instruction on how to remove apps from your Roku for any that you don't want. But the issue with not being able to deselect may be an issue with your browser. I have no problem doing it on mine.
