i got charged for the fubo app, and now i cant even sign in. i called customer service for the fubo app and they said that since i signed up with roku my roku email and password should sign in with them. its still not working, it says that the email cannot be found. but it is under my subscriptions on my roku account. please help
Please be aware that the Roku email address and password may not be the same as what you used to create your FuboTV account. Is it possible that you used alternate information to create your FuboTV account?
