Frndly tv user

I contacted frndly tv & I did all the troubleshooting with the nice tech support.  However I can't uninstall & reinstall the app because of my subscription thru roku.  I can't resolve my issue because of this.   I don't think I should have to reset my device.  Any suggestions would be great
