Free trial with HBO

Initiated free trial for HBO but unable to watch any shows. Anyone else with this issue? Suggestions?

Can you please provide more information about how you initiated the HBO free trial? Was it through the the channel provider or through The Roku Channel?

The hubby initiated free trial via Roku. Free trial has expired.
