Well I am well past the free trial issue. I thought I had cancel the subscription but apparently I did not. Now I am stuck with a months subscription for HBO & Shudder. I have since cancelled both subscriptions using my Roku device but I will have access up to November 22nd. Even with the month long paid subscriptions & the message saying I can view up to the 22nd of November, I am STILL UNABLE to view any of the movies on either channel. Which was the same issue when I clicked on the free trial for both channels. I pay $1 monthly per Roku devices, I’ve been charged & paid over $5 twice & now $20.98 for the two subscriptions that I cannot even view! I feel like I made a bad choice purchasing these Roku devices! I need some kind of solution PLEASE!
Have you tried contacting either of the channel providers to assist you further regarding the functionality issue you are experiencing? Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
