I am trying to access Online Arabia, a free channel. The channel is installed on my account, but when I try to access it, it requires a login & password. I have entered my Roku login and password, but it does not work. This channel has never required a new login to be set up for it. I have tried removing the channel, restarting, and reinstalling, but that did not work.
