I agree! I have contacted ROKU only to be told how to cancel my subscription. I was already charged after 7 days. I contacted HBO and they had no record of my account and could not assist me TWICE! I am very frustrated
Thanks, this is the reply I was looking for. I tried using the HBONow app but despite them listing the free content, it asked me to renew my HBONow subscription that I had cancelled last year. I'm glad I checked this forum! Playing "Barry" from the Roku Channel works just fine
