Free 30 day trials

I received an email that I had 30 day free trials for cinemax epic start ect but when I try to start the free trials all I get is a message saying unable to subscribe please try again later. Anyone have any ideas why.....?

For more information about that channel's offers and subscriptions, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
