France 24 will not fully load and then fails jumping back to my listing of apps. I've seen this issue posted in the forum back in Feb of 2021 but it did not affect me then. I've followed the recommendations: delete the F24 app, reboot my Roku box and then reinstall. I've also checked for updates. Still, no change. The app tries to load, gets to the home screen, fails and then bounces back to the listing of my apps.
Not just that, but the "Contact Us" link is broken as well.
Unfortunately since you are the only one that has noticed the issue enough to post here on the Roku forums, you may have to really (repeatedly) push on France24 to get the issue resolved, and it may take much longer as well.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
