I tried the suggestion of RokuDanny's outlined previous. It did not work for my issue either. My issue is while watching Fox News channel on Ruko, it only plays live for about a two minutes, and then a blue screen appears saying "FREE PREVIEW EXPIRED" "Your free preview has expired. Please sign to your TV provider below to continue." I do this and then enter the code given, and it goes back to Fox News Chanel for an instant, and then reverts right back to this blue screen. I have tried to resolve many times to no avail.
I have never had this issue in the past.
Roku did not create and does not maintain this particular channel. In fact, they only have two channels of their own: The Roku Channel and Roku Media Player. The responsible party for this channel is Fox News, and they will have to address the issue. It's possible there is a disconnect between the FN authentication with the TV provider in question. That has happened in the past. But this is completely out of the control of Roku. Fox will need to fix something from their end: either an update to the channel or fix an authentication issue between themselves and the TV provider(s).
