Following a power failure Roku no longer plays HBO NOW and Amazon Prime. Netflix, etc. are fine.

I've rebooted modem, router.  Powered down all three Roku's in house.  Removed and reinstalled channels.  Contacted both HBO and Amazon.  Channels like YouTube TV, Roku Channel, etc. work fine.  Can't reach a human being at Roku.  Now the channel icons are starting to disappear, showing a placeholder square but no info.  I have plenty of wifi speed.  Tried to use a wired setup - nothing works.  Ideas???

When you reinstalled the channels did you follow this procedure?

Remove/reinstall procedure:

1. Highlight channel on home screen.

2. Press * key and choose Remove channel option.

3. IMPORTANT- DON'T SKIP:
From home screen, Settings > System > System restart. This assures no remnant of the old installation remains in the Roku's memory.

4. After system restarts, find channel via Streaming Channels.

5. Highlight channel and install.

6. If channel requires a login, you may need to log in anew.
