Fiton App

I have the Fiton exercise app on my phone. I found it in the Roku app store so I downloaded it to my TV. I was then directed to go to fiton.com/activate then enter the 4 digit code on my TV. I did that and my phone says it was successful. 5 seconds after the screen with the code comes up, the TV automatically switches to a screen that says "about you" where it asks for my personal info such as height, weight, etc. It is as if the TV activation did not work. I end up having to start all over again. How frustrating!!! Anyone experience this? I couldn't stream this app either to the TV even though I scream stream YouTube.

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact FitON support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
