On the Roku Express or any Roku device, can you not create a most watched or favorite channel list so that you don't have to scroll thru every single channel to change your selection?? Please Advise.. I can't figure it out if it's a feature.
I believe you are referring to the channel tile layout on the Roku home screen? If so, you can move the tiles into a preferential layout. Press the * button when the tile is highlighted, then select Move. You can then move the tile anywhere you like. Pressing OK when you are in the new location saves the tile to that location.
Note that this layout doesn't affect any other Roku devices on your account. The home page layout is per device, not per user account, so you'll have to rearrange each device separately.
A 'Favorites' or 'Most Watched' would be a cool concept, but I agree Roku seems to leave it at rearranging the channel tiles via 'Move Channel' to your preferred order.
If you wouldn't mind adding 'Old School Social Studies Films' & 'KungFu Saturday Afternoon Jawns' if u wanna check us out
I have the same problem. I'm not referring to the "tiles" with Youtube, PBS, etc. I'm talking about watching something on Spectrum, say National Geo Wild (130 in my market). I'd like to watch something on PBS Create (1275). Currently all I know to do is the press the down button and run through all the channels in between. Hate it! The system lets me select some of these "channels" (we need another term here). But I can't figure out to pull up a list of my favorites and change what I'm watching from there.
@ewd48 Thanks for the note here. That's a great suggestion! Feel free to drop by the 'Suggest a Feature' section of the Community and share your thoughts. We'll share them with the team from there!
Cheers,
Tanner
How the **bleep** do I save TV shows as Favorites. They're impossible to find. What a screwed up system and the grey type on a white background is almost impossible to read for anyone over 40. You guys should be ashamed for you lack of consideration for those of us who bought this POS>

It's never been possible to save "shows" as favorites. It used to be able to set a particular channel as a favorite, but Roku changed that a couple of years ago. The TV now decides what channels are "favorite" based on your usage, which is stupid and many people have complained about it. As to the color combo, I can't say I have an issue with it and I'm 65. But that can easily be a user specific issue, so I'm certainly not saying it's OK for everyone. Roku does offer "themes" that can change their main user interface, but that has no control over what each individual channel uses.
