What Roku device model are you using? Are you using the actual FandangoNow channel tile on the Home screen, or are you using the Movie Store by Fandango using the scroll menu on the left hand side of the Home screen?
If you are using the channel tile, can you please provide the channel version of the channel? This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button.
Have you tried removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
