I have a Roku HiSense TV. The FandangoNOW app came pre-loaded and is in the menu bar, it cannot be deleted and re-installed. When you choose this app, a message pops up that says "loading" but the spinning thingies do not spin, it is just frozen. ALL other apps and connections work fine. There is nothing wrong with my Fandango account, as I can log in on my computer with no problems. I am at a total loss as to what to do. Can anybody help?
