FandangoNOW will not load

I have a Roku HiSense TV. The FandangoNOW app came pre-loaded and is in the menu bar, it cannot be deleted and re-installed. When you choose this app, a message pops up that says "loading" but the spinning thingies do not spin, it is just frozen. ALL other apps and connections work fine. There is nothing wrong with my Fandango account, as I can log in on my computer with no problems. I am at a total loss as to what to do. Can anybody help?

Ok I literally just fixed it. Go to:

Settings

System

Power

Fast start TV (enabled if disabled)

System restart

Restart

Now try to load fandango

Thanks for the post.

We would recommend trying to unplug your Roku TV for 5-10 minutes then powering your TV back up to see if the issue is resolved.

I've been having this same issue as well. I have movies that I purchased that I cant even watch. I even tried unplugging for 10 minutes and still nothing
