Bought two movies yesterday, watched one last night now my fandango is working. Anybody else experiencing similar issues?

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

Fandango is not a channel but a store in the menu so you can’t perform that operation. Somehow my account in Fandango is no longer working through Roku. I checked my account at Fandango - good to go, checked my payment method on Roku - good to go. Something obviously not syncing between Roku and Fandango. Guess I’ll get movies another way through my smart TV apps.

I'd recommend reaching out to Fandango directly to report the issue and request additional support.

What a terrible response people pay Roku and expect the channels to be provided for them. This is not an issue that consumer should have to take care of this is an issue that Roku should contact Fandango and the two companies should work out. An unbelievable response
