I am currently paying for Fanatic, but for some reason it is asking me to pay again to watch the Conmebol soccer games. What can I do to access the soccer games?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thank you Danny! I was able to contact them through FB as you suggested. They wanted me pay an additional amount just to watch Conmebol games on top of my monthly payment. Terrible service!
