Fanatiz: How do I sign out of the app

I do not see how to sign out of the Fanatiz app. My subscription expired, but my boyfriend has a subscription now. How do I sign out of my account and in with his? There is no profile button in the app.

Try removing the channel/app (highlight it on the Home Screen and press * on your remote for the remove option), reboot/restart your Roku (don't skip this step), add the channel again.
