Existing AppleTV+ Account

I have an AppleTV+ account through iTunes and want to view the channel through my Roku devices. The app is available and works for AppleTV+, but every time I select the app it offers me a free week subscription but not a way to log in with my Apple ID. Is my Apple subscription capable of porting over to the Roku devices?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing? Is there any option for you bypass that message. You should be able to log into your Apple ID account in settings.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.
