Error code RLI-9000

Hi, using Spectum, streaming live channels, and receiving Error code RLI-9000 intermittently. Would anyone know what this code represents? Thank you for any info you can provide

Thanks for reaching out. These error codes are generated by the Spectrum channel (app) itself, so we don't have any additional insights as to what these codes may mean. I'd recommend taking a look at Spectrum's support site here for more help: https://www.spectrum.net/support/tv/troubleshooting-error-codes-spectrum-tv-app-spectrumtvcom/

If you still aren't able to clear up the issue, you'll need to contact Spectrum support directly for more help with their channel on the Roku platform.

I'll contact Spectrum, That code doesn't appear in their list of coides...
