Error: channel could not run because it could not be reinstalled. Switch to Google TV??

There are no real solutions in these boards from Roku. Since they cannot help maybe someone else can. I have a Sharp Roku TV and I keep getting the following error message.

"Channel could not run because it could not be reinstalled?"

The connection is fine, I tested, restarted every dang device, did a network reset even and it still does not work.

I have tried everything and I mean everything, except a "pain in the rear factory reset"

Maybe it's time to get the new Google TV.
