Error RGE 1001

I’m trying to open my Spectrum internet app and I get the error and won’t connect. The system confirms my internet connection is good but it won’t open,

OK so other Channels work fine. Highlite the Spectrum app in Home press star or * on your remote and check for updates. Are you using the Spectrum Web site to pair and sign in?
