Error Code RGE-1001

I am receiving an error Code of RGE-1001 when I try to connect to Spectrum.  I contacted Spectrum and they stated that ROKU was doing a system update yesterday.  Spectrum checked connections on their system and everything is working properly.  They told me to contact ROKU to determine issues.
