What channel/app? That sounds like an error message associated with a particular channel.
I’m getting this error when I try to sign into Acorn. My subscription is thru Roku

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to Acorn TV Support to report the issue and get help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
