As a brand new Roku owner I received an email from them (Roku) this morning letting me know I have 3 free months of Pandora Premium. But when I click the link to activate it, it goes to a blank page and the Roku site has no mention of this offer. Trying to deal with Tech Support doesn't work in any way because they keep telling me to contact the channel instead of having any answers. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how'd you resolve it?
Clicking the link to add the offer leads to a blank white page with nothing on it.

I am currently having this issue. I can not figure out a way to trouble shoot. Have you received and feedback?
I emailed for support re: the issue. I was told I’d receive a reply in 24hrs but that came & went with no reply from Roku unfortunately.
How did you email support? I contacted Pandora and they responded immediately but couldn’t help me.
I reached out through their website. Finally got an answer today asking me to try and hook it up through a different Roku Tv when the one I have is less than two days old.
I get many emails each day from Roku promoting their product but tech support seems non-existent. (Maybe Fire was a better idea!) #MightBeTimeToReturn

Thanks for your reply. I wasn't a previous Pandora member.
My account was brand new. Roku sent me the link a day after I signed up but No one at Roku could answer the question unfortunately.
