If I signed up for the package with Disney+ Hulu and ESPN+ why does it tell me I have to pay 4.99 for ESPN+?

Have you tried logging into ESPN+ with your account credentials that you created when you subscribed to the bundle package?

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact ESPN support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
