ESPN on ROKU vs ESPN on Sling Orange

Are these the same thing?  Do you have to install both and pay for both?  I pay $4.99 a month for ESPN+ on Sling but I want to cancel the Orange, I only have it for ESPN.

Well there a lot of other Sports on Sling I dont know if

theyre Orange. I imagine you get a lot more cloud stuff with

the ESPN Channel. If youre a Sports head why not?

ESPN+ is an add-on for ESPN only. In order to see most ESPN content, you have to carry a packages such as Sling as Disney does not offer a standalone way to view this content.

I find that I sometimes have to order Sling for a month if I need to see something on ESPN, then I cancel it again.
