ESPN cable authentication issue

I am trying to get live Espn on my Roku. I have a cable subscription with Cox and I have entered that when I try to watch Espn on my Roku but it continues to tell me that it is not included in my provider subscription.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Have you checked with your cable provider to ensure that you are access to that channel?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, you'll want to contact ESPN support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
