I have downloaded ID discovery to watch episodes of something and it has the episodes locked and I contacted my cable provider and it said that I needed to contact roku so what do I need to do now to get the episodes unlocked and the app is free
You contact ID. The problem is, I have done this 4 times and they are still unable to figure out why my ID signs out daily. No other app does this. I therefore put this at the door of ID and not my provider, Xfinity.
