Dove Channel

Anyone out there subscribe to Dove Channel? I have been having problems with sign in. The channel will continue closing with every attempt. I have made sure app, roku up to date, I've tried restarting roku, I've deleted Dove app and reinstall the app. I even went as fare as restoring my roku soundbar to factory settings. I have contacted Dove about the issue, all I get is a run around. Any suggestions would be great. Please Help Thanks all Bonnie

When reinstalling did you use this 3 srep method?:


Remove channel

Restart Roku to make sure there's nothing of the removed channel hanging around in the unit's memory.

Re-install the channel.

I've been having the same trouble with the Dove channel. I have the free version, but it has been stopping in the middle of movies and completely logging out of the channel. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the channel and resetting roku. I wondered if the purchased option works better?
