I've seen for myself how on one Roku the Disney+ channel will ask me to "Sign in" or "Sign up" while on another it only asks me to "Sign up". I don't know what the issue is or who is responsible, but if I really wanted to sign in on the device that doesn't offer it I'd probably ask Disney about it.
