Dooya App can not play content

I have checked for System Update (Up to Date)

* Restarted Device

* Removed and Added it back in to my personal Channel Line-Up

Need help on Next Steps, unless there is a way to contact the Channel Developer

Thanks for the follow up.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks for the post.

Are you getting an error message when you try to play content? Did you restart your Roku device/TV before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order, we would recommend giving it a shot once again.

The error message :

"Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later."

It is not very informative

As for your other suggestion:

Did you restart your Roku device/TV before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order, we would recommend giving it a shot once again.

Followup:

I have restarted machine then I removed channel and added it back in.

Same message as stated above
