If you're asking if you can watch those channels via Roku, the answer is yes. There are streaming services that carry them. You don't need Dish (satellite) or Spectrum (cable). You can subscribe to services with those channels.
Vidgo offers a package with Univision for around $20/month. If you want the standalone Univision Now app and service, that's around $11/month.
Disney Channel is available on Sling (Orange). Sling Orange is $35/month for 30+ channels and includes Disney Channel, ESPN, and more. If you want Disney+, that's $8/month as a standalone app.
