Do I have to update the password on the television screen after updating it on the roku site?

I needed to reset my password on the roku site and wanted to add Peacock streaming.  The television prompted me for my password.  Do I have to also reset the password on the television?

Password?  Is it asking you for a PIN when you try to add the channel?  What do you have set as for your PIN preferences?  https://my.roku.com/account/pin
