Disney+

I have Disney+ through my Roku TV and I pay $7.99 per month but I can not access it.. Does anyone think they can help me on why this is or what I should do?

Have you loaded the Disney+ app on your tv menu?

Many subscriptions you obtain through Roku are accessed through The Roku Channel.  Have you looked there?

Yes I have. It’s been on there since I first bought it and set up my tv

You need to provide more detail: 

1) Roku model # and firmware version (Settings/System/About)

2) Disney+ app version (highlight it and press the Options (*) button)

3) Your location/country

4) The exact problem/error you are having (in detail).
